Description
Here's a list of requirements regarding the framework we want to use for the website:
Requirement | Priority | Notes |
---|---|---|
Light-weight | High | Shouldn't be more than we need. 1000 lines of code or less |
Easy to learn | Medium | The entire team should be able to get started quickly |
Mobile-friendly | High | We want the website to look great on all kinds of devices |
Extensibility | Medium | It should be easy to extend it with our own features |
High DPI support | Low | Ideally, the framework would include some JavaScript to work with HiDPI images |
If you have any additional requirements or suggestions for a framework, please add them here. Thanks!

I've downloaded a WordPress theme that uses the Foundation Framework and installed it on my blog. I think it looks great!

Foundation is great for complex web apps I think, but I fear it could be too large for our small homepage.
We used Skeleton in a previous project. It's only 400 lines of code and I think it fits almost all our requirements.

Great suggestions. I went with Skeleton for now. Let's see how it goes.
